Physical Items

Seller has 7 days to provide shipment tracking.

  • A reminder is sent after 72 hours: "You have a pending sale that requires your attention." 
  • A second reminder is sent after 5 days: "You have 48 hours left to provide the photo or video for one of your sales." 
  • If physical Item is not shipped within 7 days it counts as one issue for Seller. With three pending shipment tracking we disable creating sales for seller. With three issues we block account temporarily 
  • Fanatico cancels the sale 
  • Fanatico issues refund to Buyer.

If seller has more than 50 positive completed sales we increase the issue block limit and pending shipment tracking limit to 5

If seller has more than 100 positive completed sales we increase the issue block limit and pending shipment tracking limit to 10.

Digital Items

The Seller of a digital item has 72 hours to provide the photo or video. This includes any discussion to accept or refuse the instructions from the Buyer.

  •  A reminder is sent after 24 hours: "You have a pending sale that requires your attention."
  • A second reminder is sent after 48 hours: "You have 24 hours left to provide the photo or video for one of your sales."
  • If digital item is not uploaded within 72 hours it counts as one issue for Seller. With three pending uploads we disable creating sales for seller. With three issues we block account temporarily. 
  • Fanatico cancels the sale 
  • Fanatico issues refund to Buyer.

If the seller has more than 50 positive completed sales we increase the issue block limit and pending upload limit to 5.

If the seller has more than 100 positive completed sales we increase the issue block limit and pending upload limit to 10.


Buyer's Rights

  • If the seller has less than 10 completed sales, the Buyer has one month after shipment to complain (received/not received, damaged, wrong item) in order to be entitled for a refund.
  • The seller has one month after shipment to confirm the receipt of the item.
  • 48 hours before the one month expires we sent a notification to Buyer that he has 48 hours left.
  • We process payout to seller either once buyer confirmed receipt OR 48 hours after 1 month has passed on tracking creation.
  • If seller has more than 10 completed sales, Fanatico releases the payout 7 days after shipment tracking provided without consensus of Buyer


Payout for Sellers

For digital items we pay out 48 hours after photo/video has been uploaded if no complaint is present.

For physical items we allow one month between shipment tracking provided and no complaint from Buyer. After one month Fanatico pays out within 48 hours. As soon as the buyer confirmed that the items has been received we pay out within 48 hours after that date.
